The United States Government required a vendor to produce 250,000 Airman's Manuals. These manuals, were produced on exotic stock and bound with black plastic coil.

This was a unique project, as it was printed entirely on Yupo, polypropylene synthetic paper with custom tabs and sequential numbering.

The scope and magnitude of this job was massive; as we were charged with printing more than 36 truckloads of paper. The printing, collation, variable data, bindery, and shipping requirements of this job were incredible. With the support of our entire Far Western Graphics Team we were able to produce a very impressive piece, deliver it on time, while exceeding the needs and wants of our customer.
